EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the _ day of , 1996, at 7:30 p,m, The following members were present: following were absent: '-' , and and the Member _ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, A RESOLUTION V ACA TING IONA LANE AS PLATTED IN TWIN VIEW ADDITION AND TWO 10.0 FOOT STRIPS ABUTTING IONA LANE WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a portion of said street in the City of Rose vi lie should be vacated; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate a portion of said street; and WHEREAS, the city council has determined that there is no market value in any of the street right-of-way to be vacated; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Rose vi lie, Minnesota, hereby vacates the following: ALL THAT PART OF IONA LANE ABUTTING LOTS 10 AND 11 BLOCK A AND LOTS 1 AND 20 BLOCK B AS PLATTED IN TWIN VIEW ADDITION AND THE SOUTHERLY 10.0 FEET OF LOTS 10 AND 11 BLOCK A AND THE NORTHERLYI0.0 FEET OF LOTS 1 AND 20 BLOCK B OF SAID TWIN VEIW ADDITION, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA, The Council retains an easement over the 40.0 foot vacated roadway to construct, maintain, reconstruct, or repair drainage and utility facilities.
