The engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the <br />following recommendations: <br /> <br />1. 9.5 feet of additional right-of-way for County Road B-2 is <br />required as per County Master street Plan. <br /> <br />2. There is no sidewalk on this property. One is required on both <br />the south and west sides of the property. <br /> <br />3. The proposed location would be one half foot off of the right-of- <br />way when the additional 9.5 feet is given. <br /> <br />4. The Engineering Department has no other concerns at this time. <br />
