Proposed use of the land and buildings. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Existing and proposed zoning. <br /> <br />Why are you requesting this <br /> <br />particular zoning change? <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Description of your 'business, <br /> <br />history of business, <br /> <br />operations, number of employees, etc. <br /> <br />6. Number of proposed parking spaces and how parking relates to <br /> <br />the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Are there any unique conditions <br /> <br />relating to the parking? <br /> <br />7. If variances are being requested, please explain nature of <br /> <br />hardship that justifies said variance. <br /> <br />8.~ Please discuss the current and proposed drainage situation <br /> <br />and what provisions are being made for the appropriate <br /> <br />utilities. <br /> <br />9.
