It is recommended that the city council approve David <br />Seaberg's request for rezoning from R-1 to R-2, division of <br />lot, interim use permit for the house for a five year period, <br />and interim use permit for the billboard for a one year <br />period at 3104 Fairview Avenue North. <br /> <br />council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve an ordinance rezoning the site from R-1 to <br />R-2. <br /> <br />2. Motion to approve a division of the lot as shown on the <br />survey, including the right-of-way dedication. <br /> <br />3. Motion to approve interim use permit to maintain the house on <br />the site for a five year period from the date of approval. <br /> <br />4. Motion to approve an interim use permit for the billboard for <br />one year from the date of approval. <br />
