We reviewed'tbe materials relative to the <br />conditions attached by the City Council to the General Concept Plan <br />approval, and this memorandum reflects our discussion of the plans <br />and subsequent, phone conversations with Paul Sentman of Colleqe <br />Properties and his consultants. The comments here correspond to <br />each of the 2~,conditions from the minutes of the May 24, 1993, <br />City Council meetinq. <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That the right:-o:t-way for'tbe extension of Lincoln Drive <br />tbrougb 'th;~ site be dedicated in eKcbange for tbe city deeding <br />the :tormer.; Snelling Avenue frontage road right-o:f-way to the <br />owners..
