We reviewed'tbe materials relative to the <br />conditions attached by the City Council to the General Concept Plan <br />approval, and this memorandum reflects our discussion of the plans <br />and subsequent, phone conversations with Paul Sentman of Colleqe <br />Properties and his consultants.
