The applioant has submitted information to RCWD, but has not asked for a formal approval because the City's work in County Ditch No. 4 will also impact the drainaqe situation, and the City project is not yet complete and ready to be submitted. The Public Works Department approves of the design for drainage and RCWD staff has indicated that the information they have received is adequate. We believe it is appropriate to grant Final PUD approval with the RCWD approval still p~dinq, but withhold final building permits for ~e drainage work until RCWD has granted the permit. ~t should be clear that it is the applicant's responsibility to satisfy the RCWD for the South Campus project and the city is not liable for any additional in~ormation or work the RCWD may require for their project.
