College Properties, Inc. have proposed a planned unit <br />development for a maj or redevelopment on the former Paul's <br />Place property, generally located in the southwest quadrant <br />of Snelling Avenue and Lydia Avenue. The PUD includes <br />components of, senior housing, student housing, a motel and <br />future educational uses. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />At the regular' meeting of May <br />approved the general concept <br />development. <br /> <br />3. The hearing for the final development plan and final plat was <br />scheduled for the June 29, 1993 City Council meeting. <br />Because the applicant. was not able to complete the <br />documentation and final plans, they have requested the <br />hearing be continued to the July 12, 1993 meeting. <br /> <br />24, <br />plan <br /> <br />1993, ,the City Council <br />for the planned unit <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1.
