The Chamber is aware that the College Properties, Inc. has worked closely with residents of the neighborhood adjacent to the proposed project. This has enabled the developer to address the concerns of the project's neighbors. It would appear that the project's planned unit density and physical height of the proposed buildings, are not concerns of the residents of the community most affected by the proposed project. Utilizing "pay-as-you-go" tax increment financing will mitigate the risk of the City in assisting with the total financing necessary for this project. The Chamber represents a large portion of businesses within the City and supports the senior housing and motel project proposed by College Properties, Inc. President Chamber of Commerce Robert W.
