The <br />proposed project w0\11cf include senior <br />housing, student howing, B motel, and a <br />future College radio studio (no antenna). <br />College Properties is a private, tax-paying <br />development corporation fonnccfby the <br />College. At trJs latest meeting, , <br />information from the previous meeting <br />on January 7 was summarized concerning <br />land use, zoning, and the City approval <br />process. On January 28, new information <br />was presented and d.is~ssed. A <br />summary is included below. <br /> <br />Tr~ <br /> <br /> <br />'+ <br />"CRT'" <br /> <br />Traffic from the proposed development was studied by Short, Elliot, Hendrickson (SEH), <br />the City's transportation consultant.SEH had previously done a traffic study fot the City lor <br />the area south of the Pauls Place propert~ including TeJTace Drive and Uncoln Drive.
