<br />, 1. 'Market research indicates an acc . eptable range of indoor" parking for the Independent
<br />Living Facility to be one space per unit for 60-80% of the units. 80% of the living units will have an
<br />i~door space in this project.', These will be located on two levels below the building.

<br />2., -' A possible future building project is a two-level p~rking structure which would be locatedjust south
<br />of the existing white brick dorm building on the east side ()f Lincoln Drive. This parking structure
<br />may be depressed i.nto the ground 1/2 level in order to decrease its visual impact. The City did not
<br />have..an,~bjectkin to this concept. . ; ,-, "

<br />3. The future campus building which ,is shOwn on the site plan next to the existing dorm building will
<br />most probably contain the KTI$ radio studios and office space for a counseling center and the
<br />Focus 15 organization. The exact use for the building will be determined by the college board.
