DRAFT

CONCERNS REGARDING DE COLLEGE PROPERTIES, INC. PROPOSAL
BY: COUNCIL MEMBERS COSJIKAN AND P. JOHNSON'

APRIL 29, 1993

1. The Creek--Countv Ditch No.4:

What man with pictures showed us--is that in Roseville and even
if not--it speaks to County Ditch No. 4 and its maintenance and
environmental concerns.

Sequence--will we know how County Ditch No. 4 is working before
half the project is built--who will monitor?
,

Our level of confidence is low.

Flooding upstream.

.'

2.

Independent Livina:

Too high--seven stories is too many: too dense regarding ratio.

Access to an environmental pleasure--such as bridge over creek
to oasis or over Lydia to Campus. Find a way to allow--inde-
pendent seniors--a' pleasant walking' or leisure acti vi ty.
Benches, tables, more areen space.

The acreage available does not support this density (per our
chart) .

This is very important (the seven' story building) to a
solution.

3 . Motel:

We know nothing about it! And it's the first building up.

All buildings their own identity?

When do we see materials and name. It is the first thing
(scheduled) to be completed--according to schedule.

Signage and lighting?

4. Colleae Buildina:

We feel we need a condi tion of review regarding number of
stories, parking, and building material. (Site plan review.)
