Find a way to allow--inde- <br />pendent seniors--a' pleasant walking' or leisure acti vi ty. <br />Benches, tables, more areen space. <br /> <br />The acreage available does not support this density (per our <br />chart) . <br /> <br />This is very important (the seven' story building) to a <br />solution. <br /> <br />3 . Motel: <br /> <br />We know nothing about it! And it's the first building up. <br /> <br />All buildings their own identity? <br /> <br />When do we see materials and name. It is the first thing <br />(scheduled) to be completed--according to schedule. <br /> <br />Signage and lighting? <br /> <br />4. Colleae Buildina: <br /> <br />We feel we need a condi tion of review regarding number of <br />stories, parking, and building material. (Site plan review.) <br />
