News- <br />paper ads and ads in targeted publications (i.e., Senior News) should be part of the <br />campaign. Presentations to senior clubs, senior centers and area churches will be <br />important and' should be used to build a I11~i1ing list of prospects. Events taking <br />place around a holiday or with a specific theme can bring prospects to the site (and <br />the building i~lf, once completed). <br /> <br />Sufficient collateral materials should be available to prospects and their families in- <br />cluding a complete set of unit floor plans, rent schedule, list of amenities and services, <br />and a map showing the site in proximity to area retail stores, health and community <br />services and any significant attractions. These brochures should be easy to read and <br />visually appealing, designed by a professional graphic arts or advertising firm. <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />Interested prospects should be required to place a refundable reservation deposit of at <br />least one month's rent to indicate a commitment to the project.
