March 29, 1993

Peter Pfitser
Borman, Kroos, Pfitser, and Associates
222 North Second Street
Minneapolis, MN 55401

RE: SOUTH CAMPUS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

Dear Mr. Pfitser:

At the March 24, 1993, planning meeting the South Campus
Development project was discussed. You had requested information
on the maintenance pathway to be installed along County Ditch No.
4. After discussions with the maintenance department, the
desired width of the roadway would be 10 to 12 feet, and the
roadway should be placed at a minimum sea level elevation of 896.

The issue of the road being connected from county Road C-2 to
Lydia Avenue was discussed at this meeting. It is not necessary
for that road to continue to Lydia Avenue. Access to the roadway
will be from County Road C-2.

A second issue is the ponds that will be constru~ted on site with
outlets into county Ditch No.4. The outlet structures into the
ditch will have to be permitted by and cOnstructed to the
standards of the Rice Creek Watershed District and the City of
Roseville.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please call me
at 490-2221.

Sincerely,

~;J~

Lon P.
