<br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />January 20, 1993 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Roseville Property Owners, Residents, Businesses in <br />the vicinity of formers Paul's Place Complex in the <br />southwest quadrant of Lydia and Snelling Avenue <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Steve Sarkozy, City Manager <br />craig Waldron, Director of Community Development <br /> <br />On Thursday, January 7, 1993, many of you attended a neighborhood <br />meeting to-discuss the status of the Paul's Place property and <br />the process which was being used to keep the neighborhood <br />informed of Northwestern College's plans for the property. A <br />summary of the information discussed at the meeting is attached. <br />We thank all of you who attended the meeting for your <br />participation and input. <br /> <br />A second neighborhood meeting has been scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on <br />Thursday, January 28, 1993 in the Council Chambers of City Hall. <br />The agenda for that meeting is as follows: <br /> <br />1. Review of information from previous meeting. <br /> <br />2. Identify questions asked at last meeting and present answers <br />to those questions. <br /> <br />3. Follow up questions. <br /> <br />4. Traffic and roadway alignment issues within the project; <br />Lincoln Drive extension and County Road C-2. <br /> <br />5. Introduction to Northwestern College's South Campus <br />Development Program - Paul Sentman College Properties Inc. <br /> <br />6. Presentation of' preliminary development alternatives; <br />discussion. <br /> <br />7.
