The <br />widening of Burke Ave as proposed by the Vil1.age Engineering Department would <br />help this situation also. <br /> <br />4. The improvement of Lexington Avenue will provide additional traffic <br />lanes which should help move traffic through this area at a better rate than <br />now exists. <br /> <br />III Recommendations <br /> <br />1. No driveways be permitted on Burke Ave to serve the proposed commercial <br />developments. AC,cess will have to be provided on Lexington and Cty Rd B. <br /> <br />2. Burke Avenue be improved as per Public Works Director memo of January <br />3,1969 <br /> <br />3.
