Sign Consultants, Inc., Case No. 1923

Page 2

According to the sign ordinance, the individual sites may each have a
225 square foot sign that is 45 feet high along the freeway.

It should be kept in mind that this business park extends for
approximately five-eighths of a mile from the ponding area on the south
to County Road D. In .this context, it would seem that the proposed
sign size and height would be appropriate in scale.

6. It would be helpful if each of you were to view the sites in question
to ascertain the general site conditions at each location. If the
placement of the signs, according to sign ordinance, interferes with the
existing construction of the pathways and/or the landscaping, then an
adjustment (without infringing on the public right-of-way) would be
appropriate.

7. Sign Consultants has informed us that the existing promotional signs are
to be removed.
