While at the s!te to view the proposed <br />secondary sign placements, it became apparent that due to existing bike <br />trails and landscaping required by the City of Roseville# the signs could not <br />be installed in accordance with the 30 foot setback regulation. This would, <br />in fact, place one sign exactly on a bike trail and others would be obscured <br />by landscaping.
