Plan is not required. <br /> <br />The City Council, at its May l2, 1986 meeting, determined that the <br />proposed Northwestern College Amended P.U.D. Plan should be considered <br />in two phases. The first phase, consisting of revised entrances and <br />exists, the circulation road around the athletic fields, the new <br />baseball and softball field complex, and storage building were <br />approved. <br /> <br />Phase 2, which consisted of future dormitories, Life and Health .~ <br />Fitness Center, new parking, and ponding was continued to the August <br />11, 1986 meeting pending completion of an Environmental Assessment <br />Work Sheet. <br /> <br />That Work Sheet is completed, and the attached outline depicts the <br />staff's findings with respect to the EAW. It is being recommended <br />that the Council adopt a negative declaration with respect to the need <br />for a full environmental impact statement. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br /> <br />Motion approving/denying adoption of a negative declaration, finding <br />that a full environmental impact statement for the Northwestern College <br />Amended P.U.D. Plan is not required. <br />
