The following speoial <br />conditiona apply to the projeot. <br /> <br />1. That additional parking be required as may be designated by <br />the City, pursuant to the submitted site plan if the facilities <br />prove 1na4e~a~.. <br /> <br />2~ That engineering, landscape, and liqhting plans be approved <br />by staff. (Landscape plans are to be approved prior to each <br />stage of construction~) <br /> <br />3. That the time limitat10n on the ~hase II Special Use Permit <br />shall be five years. <br /> <br />4. That all parking areas include concrete curbing. <br /> <br />5. That all development is to be in aooordance with the P.U.D. <br />plans dated April 26 and April 28, 1986. <br /> <br />6. That no parking is allowed on the east side of the residential <br />building. <br /> <br />7. That the applicant is to work with city staff with respect to <br />the traffic management plan for the eastern roadway. <br /> <br />8.
