AttachmentA <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />1Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />2of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 10thday of November, <br />32014, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5The following members were present: and the following were absent: none. <br />6 <br />7Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />8 <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />9 <br />10 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING 2015 SCORE FUNDING GRANT <br />11 <br />FOR USE IN ROSEVILLE’S RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING PROGRAM <br />12 <br />13 <br />14WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council is committed to residential waste abatement <br />15through its curbside recycling program, Clean Up Day, and Leaf Pick Up Program; and <br />16 <br />17WHEREAS, in order to improve Roseville’s waste abatement programs and minimize the <br />18cost to Roseville residents; and <br />19 <br />20WHEREAS, Ramsey County has SCORE Funding Grants available for 2015; <br />21 <br />22NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Manager is authorized to submit <br />23a grant application to Ramsey County for a 2015 SCORE Funding Grant and that that <br />24grant will be used for Roseville’s waste abatement programs. <br />25 <br />26The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />27Councilmember and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />28thereof: and the following voted against the same: <br />29 <br />30WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
