Possible Items for Next Meeting — November 25, 2014 <br />697 Continue Solar Energy Discussion <br />698Discussion ensued regarding the dire4bn from the PWETC to the City <br />699 Council on which system(s) to continue considering and applications under <br />700 the lottery system. <br />701 <br />702 Mr. Schwartz advised that, realistically, he didn't foresee any time on the City <br />703 Council's agendas before January of 2015, with only four remaining meetings <br />704 in 20 d given their current projected agenda items. <br />705 <br />706 PWETC embers concurred that the presentation numbers heard tonight <br />707 sounded favorable, and indicated a good investment for the City at 30 cents on <br />708 every dollar; with consensus to recommend three applications to be submitted <br />709 based on the City Campus's three meters, depending on which plan to pursue. <br />710 <br />711 Mr. Schwartz noted that there are other solar developers as well as Newport <br />712 Partners, and staff would continue to seek additional information before <br />713 recommending a selection, and based on their financial models and type of <br />714 solar modules. <br />715 <br />Page 16 of 17 <br />
