County Road B. <br /> <br />The Rosevllle Planning Commissicn, at i~s April 4, 1990 meeting, <br />unanimously recommended approval of Richard Kotoski's request for a <br />lot division at 858 W. Co~'ty Road B with the fol~~wing conditions: <br /> <br />1. That all assessments be paid. <br /> <br />2. That right-of-way be dedicated on County Road B and on <br />Victoria Street. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTEC: Motion to approve/deny Richard Kotoski'F <br />request for a lot division at 858 W. <br />county Road B with the aforementioned <br />conditions if so desired. <br />
