What is the 8,._raqe daily traf~ic capacity for Hinne20ta <br />Avenue at Rice Strdet? <br /> <br />2. Is this intersection haccident prone.Q and is it especially <br />dangerous in icy conditions ,as the residents claiJo)? <br /> <br />3. can traffic emerqinCj from the development onto Minnesota and <br />turninq left (west) execute the turn safely and expeditiously? <br /> <br />It turning right (east) Ojato Minn&sota with the intent of <br />then turning left (north) onte, Rice, can this maneuver be <br />safely executed? <br /> <br />In the event of fire or other eme~~en~y, is the site easily <br />accessible? <br /> <br />t. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />;.~ <br /> <br />-These questions would equ&lly apply to a single family ~ri~e- <br />~ in the same location.
