On August l. 1984. the Planninq commission ~~ <br />appa.--oval of a rezoning from a-I and R-6 to R-3~ and a <br />special use permit to allow a structure with JIlOr& t.baD 24 <br />units (the proposed development had 61 unIts) .. 7ha <br />Planninq Commissi~m rec(\iIIJDendation included 12 conditious as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. That the platting of the 3 new parcels be completed.. <br /> <br />2. That tbe relocatiou of the sanitary sewer and. <br />construction of the water main be done accordinq to <br />City standards. <br /> <br />3. That additional easesents for public utilities be <br />recorded and that the old easements ba vacated. <br /> <br />4. That the proposed land~capinq, trees in particular, be <br />~ept off utility easements. <br /> <br />5. That joint driveway and access easements bet.ween all <br />parcels be recorded.. <br /> <br />6. That approval froll the State for filling activity on <br />the Stat~ right-of-way be secured. <br /> <br />1.
