Thanks for your cooperation. <br /> <br /> <br />Per my discussions with Todd Baldwin, I am enclosing a grading and <br />drainage plan for the above Olive Garden site (Lot 3) and adjacent <br />parce 1 s . It is our intent to proceed wi th rough gradi ng of the <br />undeveloped lots (lots 3 and 4) as part of our work to complete the <br />drai nage system and put in the common roadway and util i ties. (A <br />bank is being developed starting within a couple of weeks on Lot 5) <br /> <br />I would appreciate your review of this grading and drainage plan. <br />I believe the proposed rough grading is consistent with the Olive <br />Garden site plan which was sent to me by Todd earlier this week. <br />The only difference I see between your site plan and our grading <br />plan is the location of the dumpster enclosure. J,'m sure that that <br />is an insignificant item in terms of rough grading.
