RESOLUTION NO. 8802 A RESOLUTION RECOMKENDINGvACATION OF A PORTION OF THE WEST SNELLING AVENUE FRONTAGE ROAD. WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the city Coupcil held a publ ic hearing to detencine whether or not said street in the City of Rcseville should b~ vacated~ and WHEREAS, it appears that by reas~n the frontage road is not needed it would be beneficial to the public interest to re~ommend vacating the stree~, Now, THEREFOF2, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Rosevill~ hereby recommends vacating the public street over the property described as follo~s: That part of Outlot C, Slawik Pa~k, which lies Southerly of the Easterly extensil:m ac:t'oss said Outlot c: of a line 8.04 foot Southerly of an parallel to the North line of Outlot B, said Slawi~ P~rk which 1 ies westerly of a 1 ine run parallel with and dis1:ant 40 feet easterly of Line 1 described below, .1ortherly of a line run parallel with and distant 70 feet no~herly of Line 2 described b~l~~ and Ea~t~Lly of a :ine run parallel with and distaht 30 feet easterly of line 3 described below: Line 1.
