<br />Monitoring shall be perfolll1ed for at least two quarters and quarterly monitoring <br /> <br />shall continue for up to two years ifrequested by the MPCA as a basis for <br /> <br />developing a Preliminary Ground Water Investigation Report. <br /> <br />E. Preliminary Groundwater Investigation Report. The City shall prepare and <br /> <br />transmit to the MPCA a Preliminary Groundwater Investigation (PGI) Report <br /> <br />containing new data regarding ground water characterization for the Site and <br /> <br />recommendations for long term monitoring or any additional investigation <br /> <br />deemed appropriate and necessary to achieve characterization of the ground water <br /> <br />conditions at the Site and to fulfill, as may be appropriate, more property specific <br /> <br />characterization of ground water quality. The MPCA shall review and provide <br /> <br /> <br />comments on the PGI Report within 60 days following its receipt. <br /> <br /> <br />F. Supplemental Groundwater Investigation and Report. The City shall perform <br /> <br /> <br />additional ground water investigation activities as identified in the PGI Report <br /> <br />and MPCA modifications relating to the PGI Report. The City shall also prepare <br /> <br />and transmit a Supplemental Groundwater Investigation (SGI) Report for review, <br /> <br />comment and acceptance by the MPCA. <br /> <br />G. Area-Wide Ground Water Investigation Report. The City shall prepare and <br /> <br />transmit an Area-Wide Ground Water Investigation (AGI) Report for the Site to <br /> <br />the MPCA for review and approval. The AGI Report may include Site and <br /> <br />property specific conditions/characterization infollnation and a list of response or <br /> <br />cOITective actions and/or a response action plan for the remediation of ground <br /> <br />water contamination at properties within the Site and/or the Site as a whole. The <br /> <br />AGI Report shall include a contingency plan which identifies individual <br /> <br />Ducll 1766546\2 <br /> <br />5 <br />
