This <br /> <br />BGD Report shall include a ground water receptor survey and may also include <br /> <br />data relating to soil conditions and/or characteristics within or adjacent to the Site, <br /> <br />The BGD Report shall be transmitted to the MPCA for review as to adequacy, <br /> <br />supplementation and/or modification within 60 days following the effective date <br /> <br /> <br />of this Agreement. The City shall make modifications to the BGD Report based <br /> <br /> <br />on MPCA review comments within 60 days following the receipt ofMPCA <br /> <br />comments. <br /> <br />C. Groundwater Evaluation and Investigation Work Plan. The City shall <br /> <br />prepare and submit a Groundwater Evaluation Report and lnvestigation Work <br /> <br /> <br />Plan (GE Report) to the MPCA within 60 days following acceptance of the BGD <br /> <br /> <br />Report. The GE Report shall evaluate conditions and characteristics of the <br /> <br /> <br />ground water at the Site on the basis of existing infomlation. The work plan <br /> <br /> <br />portion of the GE Report shall specify the number and location of monitoring <br /> <br />points and geoprobes to be installed at specific strategic locations within or <br /> <br />adjacent to the Site. The work plan may also identify additional tasks to be <br /> <br />performed to assist with the investigation of the ground water conditions. The <br /> <br />MPCA shall review and provide comments on the GE Report within 60 days <br /> <br />following its receipt and prior to the commencement of its implementation, <br /> <br /> <br />D. Implementation of Work Plan. Following MPCA approval of the GE Report, <br /> <br /> <br />the City shall install the ground water monitoring network specified in the GE <br /> <br /> <br />Report and perfonn the ground water quality monitoring and investigation as <br /> <br />described in the work plan in accordance with the schedule contained therein. <br /> <br />Doell 1766546\2 <br /> <br />4 <br />
