<br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville will meet at <br />Roseville City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, on Wednesday, November 8, 2000, at <br />7:30 p.m., for the purpose of holding a public hearing and considering the following <br />request: <br /> <br />Plannin2 File 3270: A request by the City ofRoseville to amend Section <br />1004.01A (Accessory Buildings in Residential Districts) of the Roseville City <br />Code for the purpose of clarifying subsection lO04.01Al (Number Allowed), <br />1004.01A5 (Size Limits), 1004.01A8 (Driveway Required), 1004.01A11 (Overall <br />Area), and 1004.01A12 (Requirements for Increasing Maximum Size) and to <br />renumber all subsections. <br /> <br />Plannin2 File 3232: A request by the City of Roseville to amend the <br />Comprehensive Land Use Plan designation of the Twin Lakes Redevelopment <br />Area from its current designation of Business (B) and Industrial (I) to Business <br />Park (BP), a new land use designation. The Twin Lakes Redevelopment Area is <br />generally located east of Cleveland A venue, west of Lincoln Drive, south of <br />County Road C2 and Brenner A venue, and north of County Road C. A map of <br />the specific parcels can be obtained from the Roseville Community Development <br />Department. <br /> <br />Plannin2 File 3272: A request by Natalija Ericksen for consideration of a 164 <br />square foot variance to allow a storage/tool shed in excess of 3 84 square feet <br />where the code allows 120 square feet, for property located at 2376 Cohansey <br />Street, legally described as: the North 115.25 feet of the East 240 feet of the South <br />2/3 of the Northwest 14 on the Northeast ~ of the Southwest 14 of Section 12, <br />Township 29, Range 23, City of Roseville, County of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Information regarding this request is available at the Roseville Community Development <br />Department within City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive. <br /> <br />Steve Sarkozy <br />City Manager <br /> <br />FOR PUBLICATION WEEK OF 10/23/00 <br /> <br />Q:IPlanning Commission\Notice of MeetingIPC 11-08-00,doc <br />
