Public facilities plan (public and private transportation facilities <br />and services) <br />3. Capacities of public sewer system <br />4. Implementation program, fiscal plan and identification of official <br />controls and CIP. <br /> <br />B. Projects which are consistent with the plan are exempt from further review <br />if the project complies with the conditions of the plan for mitigation. <br /> <br />C. Projects under construction or planning when the AUAR starts must <br />comply with mitigation conditions or adaptations thereto. <br /> <br />D.
