Roseville <br />is scheduled to speak on Thursday October 21 from 2:15 to 3:00 pm, immediately <br />following Kent Cartson who will speak from 1:15 to 2:15 pm. Both Kent Carlson and <br />RoseviJIe will be speaking in the black of speakers on financing brownfield <br />redevelopment. As such. it would be great if Roseville could focus on what has been <br />accomplished to-date and how these projects were organized and financed.
