EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Monday, the 13th day of December, 2000 at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Member RESOLUTION NO. 3232 A RESOLUTION REVISING THE TEXT AND LAND USE MAP DESIGNATIONS OF THE EXISTING PLAN ADOPTED IN 1994 (AS AMENDED) BY INCORPORATING THE TWIN LAKES MASTER PLAN OF 2000 WHEREAS, pursuant to the Metropolitan Land Planning Acts of 1976 and 1996 the City of Roseville is required to prepare a city comprehensive plan, and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, in 1994 adopted and in 1997 re-adopted a revised plan entitled "City of Roseville Comprehensive Guide Plan", which was reviewed and approved by the Metropolitan Council, and WHEREAS, the City Council established a comprehensive plan review and has assisted by further authorizing a citizen survey (1990 and 1998) and community Visioning Process (1992), entitled VISTA 2000, with over 100 citizen volunteers, and WHEREAS, the City of Roseville, as part of the Comprehensive Plan, incorporated master plans for Twin Lakes Business Park originally in 1988 and revised and re-incorporated the master plan in 1996, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has invited comment and provided legal notice to affected communities and property owners within 350 feet of any land use map change, and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held the hearing for the Twin Lakes Master Plan Renewal Strategy on November 8, 2000 and continued the hearing to December 13,2000 to allow more time to coordinate and assimilate Twin Lakes new development into existing redevelopment areas; and
