VKS~ON STATEMlENT <br /> <br />Roseville shall be a community with an appropriate balance of attractive, safe, <br />well maintained housing alternatives. These alternatives shall be available <br />without discrimination in appealing, well kept, crime deterring neighborhoods. <br />Each neighborhood shall have appropriate City services, parks, and open space <br />located in an environment that provides adequate educational, occupational, <br />and spiritual opportunities. <br /> <br />B. Achieve a flexible balance of different types of housing alternatives that <br />will meet the life cycle needs of residents Through careful use of the little <br />remaining hind in Roseville identify and maintain the existing balance (or <br />at least the same percentages) of the residentiallau11ldl use acreage <br />throughout the community. <br /> <br />2. Identify stable single family areas and protect them. Preserve the integrity <br />of existing single family neighborhood by prohibiting the intrusion of <br />incompatible uses. <br /> <br />3.
