<br />1999 Update: <br /> <br />In 1997, the Council approved moving the future Twin Lakes Parkway (within the Twin <br />Lakes Plan area) approximately 800 feet. In 1998, the Comprehensive Plan Future Land <br />Use Map was amended to show the location of the officially mapped Twin Lakes <br />Parkway. <br /> <br />In 1997, an environmental assessment worksheet (EAW) and a revised Planned Unit <br />Development for Centre Pointe Business Park was approved by the City Council. A <br />Planned Unit Development for Gateway Business Park was also approved by the City <br />Council in 1997. In addition, the Council rezoned a 2.35 acre parcel (southeast comer of <br />Cleveland and County Road B2) to allow the development of a multi-tenant retail <br />facility (Golf Galaxy and Schmitt Music). In 1998, the City Council rezoned a 1.81 acre <br />parcel along Fairview Avenue (Tower Place) to allow the development of a multi- <br />tenant retail facility (Gateway and Zany Brainy). <br /> <br />Planning Distrid 10 - 1999 DemograjpJmJic Charaderis~llca <br /> <br />Planning District 10, with 174 residents and 116 households, has a population with more <br />than 5% over the age of 65. The percent of head of households under the age of 35 is 40% <br />whereas 5% are age 65 or more. Households containing two parents with children <br />represent approximately 5% of the total households in the district. The average persons <br />per household is 1.50, over 88% of the households have 1 or 2 residents. Homeownership <br />is 70%. More than 83% of the residents have lived in their current home 9 or more years. <br />Over 75% of the homes were built at least 30 years ago.
