ECONOMIC AND REDEVELOPMENT PLANS
SECTION 7

The City of Roseville places a strong emphasis on the enhanced quality of life for
its residents and businesses by creating balance and diversity in retail, office and
industrial development. This is achieved through economic and redevelopment
strategies that are continually being reviewed and adjusted according to market
conditions, resources and current opportunities. The retention and expansion of
the business sector and the redevelopment of existing retail, office and industrial
land is critical to the success of short and long-range plans. Each year the plan is
reviewed and measured based upon current conditions and outcomes.

A. Existing Conditions

Number of Businesses: (1998 estimate)
.
