Future Projections through 2020: <br /> <br />Future projects are based upon trend development of existing vacant land per <br />the comprehensive plan designation (see figure 3). Additional job growth and <br />tax base can be anticipated as a result of the implementation of the <br />redevelopment plan but are not included in these future projections. It is <br />assumed that there will be a continued regional economic growth pattern to <br />support the projections and that there is an adequate supply of available <br />qualified employees and available environmentally clean land. <br /> <br />Employment Growth: <br /> <br />.
