A sign permit must be issued and include the approved variance conditions. <br /> <br />7.0 PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION: <br /> <br />7.1 On May 1, 2002, the Roseville Planning Commission held the hearing regarding the <br />Brentwood Town Office variance request to allow a setback encroachment into the yard <br />area adjacent Lexington Avenue. At this hearing no citizens addressed the Commission. <br />The Commission did address staff and the applicant/developer (Brent Thompson) with <br />questions regarding the signs size and location. <br /> <br />7.2 The Roseville Planning Commission, having no further questions of the <br />applicant/developer and staff, voted (6 - 0) to recommend approval of a 14 foot variance <br />to Section 1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to allow the installation ofa ground sign <br />one foot from the west property line of Brentwood Town Offices, 2332 to 2340 <br />Lexington A venue, based on the findings in Section 5 and subject to the conditions in <br />Section 6 of the project report dated 05/01/02. <br /> <br />8.0 SUGGESTED CITY COUNCIL ACTION: <br /> <br />7.3 Adopt a resolution granting Brentwood Town Offices a 14 foot variance to Section <br />1009.03M of the Roseville City Code to allow the installation of a ground sign one <br />foot from the west property line (2332 to 2340 Lexington Avenue) based on the <br />findings in Section 5 and subject to the conditions in Section 6 of the project report <br />dated 05/13/02. <br /> <br />Prepared by: Thomas Paschke (490-2236) <br /> <br />Attachments: Property location map, site plan, sign plan. <br />60-Day Review Deadline: June 23, 2002. <br /> <br />PF3391 ReA 051302 <br /> <br />Page 4 of 4 <br />
