The owner will need a permit from MnDOT to connect to the storm sewer on Rice Street <br />(T.H. 49). Contact Lars Impola at 582-1447 for more information <br /> <br />2. Storm inlets will need to be protected during construction to prevent silt from entering the <br />City's storm sewer system <br /> <br />3. Silt fence should be constructed along the property lines to keep soil from spilling into the <br />street or onto adjacent properties. <br /> <br />" 4 The consultant will need to demonstrate that no more flow will be entering into the City's <br />storm sewer system than under the previous conditions <br />
