Clean-outs should be installed at all bend points on the 6" service line. <br /> <br />2 6" service should tie in at the existing manhole invert elevation A core bore with a rubber <br />boot will be required <br /> <br />3 AJI sanitary sewer service lines should be insulated if they are under 6' deep <br /> <br />'Water sen'ice <br /> <br />Fire marshal should check to see that there are adequate fire hydrants in the area The <br />developer may be required to install additional hydrants <br /> <br />2 The developer should consider tapping the water service directly into the 8" main to avoid <br />stagnant water from the 6" stub-out <br /> <br />~ 3 . An easement is needed over the existing 8" watermain along the east side of the property A <br />10' easement should be adequate. This easement would not be needed, however, if the <br />additional 16 112 feet of right-of-way is granted to the City, <br /> <br />4.
