<br />REQUEST FOR PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br /> <br />proval: <br /> <br />DATE: 09/12/01 <br />ITEM NO: Sa <br /> <br />Agenda Section: <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />A request by Kenneth Damman for a Variance to Section 1004.01A1, <br />1004.1A5, 1004.01A6 of the Roseville City Code to allow construction of <br />a third accessory building on property located at 346 South McCarrons <br />Boulevard West. (PF# 3342) <br /> <br />Manager Approved: <br /> <br />1.0 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />On August 14,2001, Mr. Ken Damman submitted an application for a variance to allow a third <br />accessory structure on his property. The Community Development staff reviewed the request <br />and determined that the request for a third accessory structure potentially triggered a number of <br />other necessary variances and a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Staff met with Mr. Damman on September 5, 2001 to review the City Code impacts on the <br />property. The outcome of our meeting was to require additional information to allow the <br />Community development Department to properly determine what variances were necessary and <br />whether a conditional use permit would also be needed given the current site conditions. <br />Further, it was detemlined that the request should be continued to the October 10, 2001 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />2.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the request by Mr. Damman be continued to the October 12,2001 <br />Planning Commission meeting. The continuation will trigger the need to extend the 60-day <br />reVIew. <br /> <br />3.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />By motion continue the request by Kenneth Damman to the October 12 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br /> <br />PF3325 RPCA (091201) B Page 1 of 1 <br />
