<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant Clinton <br />Freeman, 1296 Woodhill Drive a variance to Section 1012.02B2, of the Roseville City Code, <br />being a two-foot front yard fence variance, based on the findings in Section 40fthe project report <br />dated September 24,2001. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Kysylyczyn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
