Basich: <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to confirm the action of the Roseville City Council, at their <br />meeting of September 24th, relative to your request for a conditional use permit and <br />variance to allow construction of a detached accessory building on property located at <br />3000 Hamline Avenue North. <br /> <br />By unanimous vote, the Council approved the following: <br /> <br />1) A resolution approving the 192 square foot variance from Section 1004.0 lA4 <br />to allow construction of a 1,200 square foot detached accessory building at <br />3000 Hamline A venue North, based on comments and findings as outlined in <br />the project report dated September 24,2001, and as recommended by the <br />Planning Commission; and, <br /> <br />2) A resolution approving a conditional use permit to allow construction of a 30 <br />foot by 40 foot (1,200 square foot) detached accessory building on property at <br />3000 Hamline Avenue North, based on comments and findings as outlined in <br />the project report dated September 24,2001, and as recommended by the <br />Planning Commission <br /> <br />Copies of the draft Resolutions are enclosed for your files. After the proper signatures <br />have been obtained, the Resolutions will be recorded at Ramsey County on your behalf. <br /> <br />You may now process your building permit based on the aforementioned actions of the <br />Council.
