Document No. STATE OF MINNESOTA}SS County of Ramsey OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER This is the recorded inforiation of the recorded in office at St. Palll Oll A,D, EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 24th day of September 2001, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Maschka, Mastel, Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn and the following were absent: None Council Member Maschka introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9937 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1004.01A3 (DETACHED ACCESSORY BUILDING LIMIT) OF THE ROSEVILLE CITY CODE, TO CONSTRUCT A 1,200 SQUARE FOOT ACCESSORY BUILDING, ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3000 HAMLINE A VENUE (PF 3340). WHEREAS, Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue, has requested a variance to Section 1004.01A(3)(4), of the Roseville City Code, to construct a 1,200 square foot accessory building on the premises at 3000 Hamline Avenue; and WHEREAS, the Advent Luther Church property is located at 3000 Hamline Avenue, legally described as: Section 3, Township 29, Range 23 subject to Hamline Avenue and widened Josephine Road and EX S 1000 feet of the West 438 feet of part of Government Lot 3 south of the original Josephine Road (PID # 032923130077). WHEREAS, Advent Lutheran Church has requested approval of an accessory building that is 192 square feet greater than Section 1004.01A of the City Code allows thereby initiating the request the variance; and WHEREAS, the Community Development Department has determined that the findings indicate Advent Luther Church has met the standards for granting of the variance; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 12, 1
