<br />2001 regarding the variance request by Advent Lutheran Church and recommended (6-0) to <br />approve the request, based on findings outlined in Section 4 of the project report dated <br />September 24,2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, hereby grants <br />Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue, a 192 square foot variance from Section <br />1004.01A4, to construct a 1,200 square foot accessory building, based on the findings in Section <br />4 of the project report dated September 24, 2001 and passage of a conditional use permit to meet <br />requirements of Section 1004.01A4. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Mastel and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Mastel, <br />Klausing, Goedeke and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
