<br /> <br />August 24, 2001 <br /> <br />Ms Nancy Jensen <br />1185 Oakcrest Avenue <br />Roseville, MiImesota 55113 <br /> <br />REo' Setback Permit for reconstruction of home located at 1185 Oakcrest. <br /> <br />Dear Ms Jensen: <br /> <br />On August 16,2001, the City of Roseville Development Review Committee (DRC) held a <br />hearing on your request for a two-foot encroachment into the required 30-foot front yard setback <br />(Dunlap Street) and a two foot ten inch encroachment into the required 30-foot street side yard <br />setback (Oakcrest Avenue) at the property listed above. The DRC reviewed your development <br />plans and recommended that the request be approved. <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that I have concurred with the reasoning set forth by <br />the DRC and have approved the Setback Permit. I also concur with the DRC conditions attached <br />to the setback permit, which are as follows: <br /> <br />· That the survey include lot drainage direction (via arrows); <br />· That the home have gutters to properly channel/direct roof drainage to the propeliy so as <br />not to cross over into an adjoining parcel; <br />· That the exterior of the home be finished with lap siding or other appropriate residential <br />material; <br /> <br />On Monday, August 27, the 10-day appeal period will end, allowing the City to issue permits <br />regarding your project. You, or your contractor(s), may now apply for your building permit, <br />which takes approximately one week to process. I have also included information regarding the <br />Housing Resource Center, who may be able to assist with your project.
