<br /> <br />August 8, 2001 <br /> <br />Dear Roseville Property Owner: <br /> <br />You are cordially invited to attend and participate in the Roseville Development Review <br />Committee's (DRC) Setback Permit Hearing on Thursdav, August 16,2001, at 3:45p.m., in <br />the Roseville Citv Hall Communitv Development Conference Room. <br /> <br />Nancy Jensen, 1185 Oakcrest Avenue, has requested a Setback Permit to allow the <br />reconstruction of a home on the premises. The proposal requests a two-foot encroachment into <br />the required 30 foot front yard setback (Dunlap Street) and a two foot ten inch <br />encroachment into the required 30 foot street side yard setback (Oakcrest Avenue). <br /> <br />The Setback Permit process allows adjacent property owners the opportunity to comment on the <br />proposal in writing and also allow for the oppOliunity to comment at the above-mentioned <br />hearing. Should you have any comments or questions about this patiicular Setback Permit <br />application, please feel free to attend the meeting on August 16, 2001, or you may call me at <br />651-490-2236. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the application, and site plan.
