<br />, I Ramsey, 1\lN <br />RegistI'ar of Tit es, 2'00 PNl <br />Thlte Filet!: 2/25/2002 ' <br /> <br />As Doc #: 1676036 <br /> <br />On CT # ('s): <br />196869, <br /> <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF TfIE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 8th day of October, 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Klausing, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Kysylyczyn introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9945 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO THE EXISTING INTERIM <br />USE PERMIT FOR FAMILY ACADEMY TO ALLOW A CHANGE IN SIZE AND <br />DIRECTION OF THE MODULAR OFFICE (PF 3336) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy received an Interim Use Permit on September 24,2001 <br />allowing the placement of a 12 foot by 56 foot modular office adjacent to the school wing and <br />Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy has found that the approved modular office is to small to <br />meet their needs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Family Academy has requested allowance for a modular office 24 feet by 70 <br />feet and to place said modular office in a north/south direction adjacent to the school wing of the <br />Church; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Advent Lutheran Church property is located at 3000 Hamline Avenue, <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />1 <br />
