'.VREREAS, the Advent Lutheran Church property is located at 3000 Hamline Avenue, <br />legally described as: <br /> <br />The west four hundred thirty-eight (w. 438) feet of Government Lot three (3) except the <br />South one thousand (s. 1000) feet thereof, Section three (3), Township twenty nine (29) <br />North, Range twenty-three (23) West, lying South of the North boundary of Josephine <br />Road (PID # 032923130077). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to grant an <br />amendment to the previously approved Family Academy Interim Use Permit to allow a 24 foot <br />by 70 foot modular office, to be located in a north/south direction adjacent to the school wing of <br />Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Maschka and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Klausing, <br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel, Kysylyczyn <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />2 <br />
