<br />3.10 The Charter School's hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through <br />Friday. <br /> <br />3.11 All trash and recycling containers shall meet Section 1010.11 C of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />4.0 STAFF RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />4.1 Based on the information provided in this project report, staff recommends approval of the <br />interim use permit to allow a temporary modular office facility along the east side of the <br />Advent Lutheran Church, 3000 Hamline Avenue, subject to the Planning Commission <br />identifying specific conditions. <br /> <br />5.0 SUGGESTED PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />5.1 By motion, recommend approval (approval with modifications or denial) of a draft <br />resolution approving the three-year interim use permit requested by Family Academy <br />Charter School and Advent Lutheran Church (P.F.3336) to allow the operation of a <br />temporary 672 s.f.modular office along the east side of Advent Lutheran Church located <br />at 3000 Hamline Avenue subject to: The three year interim use permit being reviewed <br />administratively on an annual basis on the anniversary date of the resolution granting the <br />interim use permit, with a staff compliance report submitted to the Plmming Commission <br />and City Council ammally, and within 120 days of expiration in the 3rd year of use. The <br />interim use permit shall become null and void after 36 months of operation unless the <br />applicant reapplies for a future interim use permit 120 days prior to the permit expiration <br />date. The permit and any extension are subject to the conditions in the (draft) resolution. <br /> <br />The draft resolution is attached. <br /> <br />60-Day Schedule: The completed application and fee were received on August 3,2001.
