Planning Commission Recommendation: Approval w/conditions - 11/14/01 <br /> <br />2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> <br />2.1 Mr. Telstad's existing 10 by 10 foot shed was damaged over the past winter and he <br />desires to replace it with a new shed. The existing shed has been determined to meet the <br />definition of a Garden Shed as stipulated in under Section 1004.0 lA2 of the Roseville <br />City Code. <br /> <br />2.2 The existing garden shed is currently located approximately 2-1/2 feet from the side <br />(west) property line and as such is considered a non-conforming structure and must either <br />be brought into compliance with Section 1004.01A8 or receive a variance allowing an <br />encroachment into the required setback. <br /> <br />2.3 The shed is located at or near the required six-foot setback from a structure and has been <br />determined to meet the requirements of Section 1004.0lA8 of the Roseville City Code. <br /> <br />PF3349 ReA 112601 Page 1 of 4 <br />
